Pinnacle Rehab Staffing, LLC is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across Idaho. Enjoy flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options (20–40 hours weekly) and relocation support for qualified candidates moving to Idaho.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and documenting care, while educating families and coordinating with other providers. Licensure in Idaho or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must have active PT degree and eligibility for Idaho licensure.
• Experience in home health settings is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Willingness to travel between patients' homes as needed.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.

• New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome.

• Ability to travel between patients' homes.
