Staffed Therapy, LLC in Southern California is seeking highly motivated Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality home health care to patients in Menifee and surrounding communities.

We emphasize organization, teamwork, and client communication, with 1-on-1 orientation, user-friendly digital documentation, and supportive clinical supervision through our Nurse Case Manager.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and active California licensure.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy to home health patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Document progress in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing and case management for optimal patient outcomes.
