Staffed Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Southern California. You will deliver high-quality PT services to patients in their homes, support care plans, and collaborate with a Nurse Case Manager to ensure seamless clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• DPT degree and active California license.
• Experience in home health is preferred.
