Adoration Health in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist. In this role, you'll deliver expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients, create effective treatment plans, and ensure proper communication with health teams.

To be considered, you must be a graduate of a CAPTE-approved program and licensed in your state. Experience in adult therapy, particularly home health, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult physical therapy (2 years minimum, preferably in home health).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among the treatment team and patients.
• Document services provided for billing.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
