The role requires a Texas PT license, professional liability insurance, and a degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in home health is preferred, and you will educate patients and caregivers while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend prevention strategies.
