Job summary

AdventHealth in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for a day shift. Location: Kissimmee or St. Cloud. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physical therapy theory, modalities, treatments and skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops plan of care with goals based on current functioning and physician orders.
• Implements PT assessment and care plan, adjusting as needed.
• Educates patients and families in PT programs and devices.
• Collaborates with team, documents in medical records, and participates in meetings.
