PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Laredo, TX. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy in patients' homes, helping them regain movement, reduce pain, and improve independence with patient-centered care.

You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized plans, provide exercises and gait training, educate families, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX).
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care approaches to diverse patients.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
