Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based therapy in California. The PT will assess and treat patients to improve mobility and daily living skills, using evidence-based modalities and specialty programs to enhance safety and independence.

The ideal candidate will hold a current PT license in the state, have at least one year of clinical experience, and maintain valid driver's license and auto insurance to support travel to patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Utilize specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs to aid patient recovery.
