Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT in home care to improve mobility and independence.
• Administer treatments under physician orders and care plans.
