Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
