Qualifications

• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy to patients in home.
• Participate in developing and implementing the plan of care.
• Supervise PTAs according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and diagnostic tests on patients.
• Teach treatment procedures to patients and family members.
• Evaluate client's progress and modify therapy as needed.
