You will assess patient needs, implement individualized plans, educate families on home exercise programs, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure premium, holistic care while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Stellar communication skills, paired with a patient-centered approach.
• Capability to proficiently manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough in-home patient evaluations.
• Formulate and enact effective treatment plans, distinctly tailored to each patient’s needs and objectives.
• Educate and continuously engage with patients and their families about home exercise programs and other pertinent care details.
• Collaborate with our adept team of healthcare professionals, ensuring each patient receives premium, holistic care.
