Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned coverage area.
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and outcome assessments.
• Design and implement individualized plans of care tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Direct and support therapy assistants and staff to achieve patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations and physician orders.
• Promote physical therapy within the community and serve as a clinical resource.
