Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient care including evaluation and treatment of patients referred by providers.
• Provides appropriate supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and support personnel.
• Completes documentation related to patient care in a timely manner.
• Participates in and provides educational in-services for staff and providers.
• Collaborates with healthcare team and provides professional recommendations regarding patient care.
