Job summary

Compassus at Ascension at Home seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home therapy, promoting independence and safe daily activities in Indiana. You collaborate with patients in their homes and with a care team to advance mobility through personalized plans.

• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities.
• Assist with mobility training, transfer techniques, and exercises as prescribed.
