Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support our physical therapy team in home-based care. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will help patients improve mobility and daily function in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, treat patients to improve mobility and function.
• Assist persons who are physically challenged to regain independence in self-care and daily living activities.
