Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Follow state laws for physical therapy in home care and execute treatment plans under supervising PT.
- Instructs and assists patients with exercise, gait, ADL, transfers, and safety.
- Observe and report patient responses and coordinate with the healthcare team.
