Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver patient-centered care in the home setting. You will work directly with patients to support strength, mobility, and daily living activities, collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, professional growth, and a supportive, family-friendly culture across our home health services in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Currently licensed in state of practice.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Minimum one year experience in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in the home to provide PTA services.
• Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans and progress.
• Support patient independence through therapeutic activities.

Education

Bachelor/Associate Degree from an accredited Assistant school of Physical Therapy
