Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a position based in New Eagle, Pennsylvania. The role involves delivering and coordinating patient care within a team-based home health environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, be a licensed PT in the state, and have at least one year of healthcare experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive to patient locations are required.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
