Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to support Jersey Shore, PA and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and staff employment type.

A $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered, along with a competitive pay-per-visit model and extensive benefits. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master’s in Physical Therapy, is licensed in the state, and has at least one year of healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you will work.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to meet deadlines for charting and manage your time/schedule.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Drive to patient locations as needed (~20% of time).

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
