PARS Therapy in Danbury, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will help patients regain independence and improve quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

This role focuses on restoring mobility, promoting wellness, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient, with Medicare home health eligibility in mind.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license.
• Current professional liability insurance in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehab settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
