Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Hazleton, PA is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists for our home health team. This role offers one-on-one patient care, schedule flexibility, and a supportive clinical and administrative team.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide OT or PT interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers. Active PA OT/PT license, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to homes are required; prior

Responsibilities
