Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Washington state is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OT who helps patients regain independence at home. You will assess daily living activities, design home-based treatment plans, and implement skilled interventions to improve mobility and self-care under physician orders.

The role emphasizes education for families, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to the established plan of care, with opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which you practice.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred; can be waived with approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients who have debilitating conditions improve daily living skills and basic motor functions.
• Administer skilled care to clients per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate family and health-care team members; operate under supervision of Branch Director.
