Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services. You will perform evaluations, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and work to enhance independence in daily living skills within clients’ homes.

The role requires an active Massachusetts OT license, a master’s degree in OT, and at least 2 years of home health experience. Competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts OT license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in a home setting.
• Create and deliver personalized treatment plans that improve daily living skills.
• Help clients enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and progress goals.
• Accurately document visits and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
