BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services and improve clients’ daily living skills. The role offers a $90 flat rate per visit plus mileage reimbursement, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

You will evaluate patients at home, design personalized treatment plans, and work with a supportive clinical team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (accredited program) is required.
• Active Massachusetts OT license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical home health experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in home health settings.
• Create and deliver personalized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.
• Help clients enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional independence.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies and progress goals.
• Accurately document visits and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
