Job summary

Pro Job is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health services in Brevard, Vero Beach, FL. This 1099 contract role offers per-visit compensation to deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes.

You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide OT interventions aimed at improving independence and quality of life, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services according to the established Plan of Care.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, Medicare, and agency regulations.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home health services to patients in their homes.
