Job summary

PARS Therapy in Pearland, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to restore independence, improving daily living and mobility in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating individualized plans, teaching families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license is required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas is required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Pearland, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.
As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Requirements:
