PARS Therapy in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner closely with patients to restore mobility, independence, and well-being in their own homes, delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, prevent disability, and support ongoing wellness, while maintaining professional standards and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

Requirements:
