Job summary

PARS Therapy in Conroe, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will collaborate with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in their homes.

You will implement therapeutic strategies, educate families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care. Texas OT license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in OT are required; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in Texas required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required)
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required)
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of patient personalities
