Staffed Therapy, LLC is hiring Occupational Therapists to deliver in-home therapy across Southern California. You will work closely with patients and families to promote independence and safe functioning in daily activities.

We offer 1-on-1 orientation, a digital workflow, in-house Nurse Case Manager support, and therapist-owned operation with referral-driven caseloads. Territory is selectable, with ongoing CEU discounts and weekly tips.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with care team to develop care plans.
• Document visits and progress using electronic systems.
• Maintain compliant notes and timely communications.
