Job summary

Staffed Therapy, LLC seeks highly motivated Occupational Therapists to deliver patient-centered home health OT services across Southern California. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress in patients' homes, collaborating with a clinical team and using efficient digital documentation.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong communication to provide high-quality care and support to patients and families in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OT license in California.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Experience with home health is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients and families required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and re-evaluate treatment plans.
• Document findings in electronic health records.
• Coordinate with nurses and case managers for patient care.
