Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patients in their homes. You will help improve daily living activities and motor function under a physician's plan of care with supervision from the Branch Director.

The role emphasizes Medicare home health experience where possible, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, growth-oriented work culture that values collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional VP/Regional Director approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve daily living tasks and basic motor functions.
• Develop life skills and compensate for any loss of function under physician orders and plan of care.
• Provide skilled OT services in home settings under Branch Director supervision.

Education

Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the practicing state
