AccentCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Home Health in Nacogdoches, TX. This full-time role pays $98,000 to $115,000 per year, with a $15,000 bonus and a Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 schedule.

The compensation posted is an annual estimate based on a point‑based system and travel to patient homes. Required: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy with state licensure, at least two years’ independent experience, and a valid driver’s license.
