Job summary

PARS Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will evaluate patients at home, develop individualized treatment plans, and help clients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring evidence-based care for homebound clients eligible for Medicare.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and therapeutic techniques.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.
