HomeCare in Casper, WY is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You will provide one-on-one rehabilitative care in patients' homes, helping them regain independence and confidence with daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Home Health experience is a plus.
• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop rehabilitation programs for home patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on care plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve strength, range of motion, and function.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate care with vocational team for patient-centered plans.
• Supervise OT Assistants and Home Health Aides as needed.
