Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of OT experience required; Home Health preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with agency mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, and personalized care that truly makes a difference.
• Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on improving balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe mobility in the home environment.
