Graham Healthcare Group in Roselle, IL is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered home health team. This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly, with an 8-hour shift, and offers competitive pay in the $80,000–$100,000 per year range plus a $10,000 first-year bonus.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver and manage patient care plans, use EMR software, and support mobility and independence in homebound patients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state where you will work (Illinois).
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of time.
• Ability to meet charting deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Experience with tablets or mobile devices and EMR software.

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science orMaster'sdegree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
