Graham Healthcare Group in Hamtramck, MI is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered care team. This full-time role focuses on delivering and coordinating home-based OT services, fostering patient independence and safety, and collaborating with caregivers and clinicians.

You will travel to patient locations, document using EMR software, and contribute to high-quality care plans. Eligible applicants hold OT licensure and have healthcare experience.

Formación

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an OT curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• Skills to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:
