Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide and coordinate patient care in the Franklin, PA area. The role involves 32 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, in a home health setting.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage patient plans, and document care using EMR tools while traveling to patient locations roughly 20% of the day. A first-year $8,000 bonus is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the working state.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of the day.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time; self-motivated.
• Experience with EMR software and mobile devices.

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science orMaster'sdegree in Occupational Therapy from a school with an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
