Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Home Health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to physician orders.
• Accurately document patient care observations and evaluations.
