AccentCare is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for Firestone, Colorado. This full-time position covers a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and no remote work.

You will provide OT services in patients' homes, coordinate with care teams, and document treatment plans. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $123,000 per year, plus a $15,000 bonus, reflecting an on-site, staff role in a growing home-health organization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Colorado OT license or eligibility required
• Minimum two years of home health experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes

Be the Best Home Health Occupational Therapist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury


• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services


• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision


• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
