Job summary

AMERICAN HOME HEALTH AGENCY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Florida. You will meet with multiple patients daily, assess needs, and craft customized therapy plans to improve mobility and daily function.

You will collaborate with other health team members to arrange follow-up care, educate patients on lifestyle adjustments, and provide a supportive, compassionate presence throughout treatment. This PRN role requires strong communication and a patient-first approach.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. You will also work closely with other doctors or members of their health team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes they may need, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.
