PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Carrollton, TX. You will partner with patients on recovery, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life at home.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating plans, educating families, and collaborating with the care team. Active TX OT license and liability insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands‑on interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas (required)
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas (required)
