Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Beaumont, TX. You will partner with patients to restore independence and improve quality of life in their own homes.

You will focus on mobility, functional abilities, and wellness, delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient’s needs while collaborating with the care team and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Beaumont, TX. In this role, you will partner closely with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our care team, you will focus on restoring mobility, enhancing functional abilities, and supporting long-term wellness. Your work will involve promoting health, preventing disability, and delivering hands-on interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. Provide skilled services to homebound clients who qualify for Medicare coverage.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
