Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking an experienced nurse supervisor to coordinate care for new infusion patients in Albany, NY. You will work with nursing staff, branch leadership, and external agencies to ensure high-quality home health services.

You will supervise staff, conduct orientation and competency training, and ensure adherence to documentation standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes potential patient visits and staff scheduling oversight.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Active driver's license and ability to provide current auto insurance.
• Minimum of three years' RN experience in home health/infusion setting.
• Two years supervisory experience in health care settings preferred; required where state regulations mandate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for new infusion patients with nursing team.
• Oversee staff, coaching, and orientation; manage POT/485 and documentation standards.
• Maintain relationships with patients, home health agencies, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with state Home Health regulations and ACHC standards.
• Participate in quality management and performance improvement activities.
