Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. in Texas is seeking licensed LVN/RN nurses to provide private duty nursing at a pediatric patient home. Work with one patient per shift, with 4- to 12-hour options and on-the-job training to sharpen skills.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health, assisting with daily living activities, and keeping complete records. LVN/RN license and BLS are required; valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! SIGN ON BONUS:

Full-time (30 hours or more a week) - $3,000.00

Part-time (29 hours or less a week) - $2,000.00

Patient Specifics:

• 23 year old female / Gbutton / Saturday and Sundays 7:30am - 7:30pm / 76657

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.

• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

• Active LVN License or RN License

• Current BLS Certification.

• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
