Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking licensed practical nurse (LVN) or registered nurse (RN) to provide private duty pediatric home care. You will work with a single pediatric patient per shift, with shift lengths ranging from 4 to 12 hours to fit family needs.

Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring, ADLs assistance, and collaboration with healthcare teams. On-the-job training is provided to prepare you for home-based care and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.

Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! SIGN ON BONUS:
Full-time (30 hours or more a week) - $2,000.00
Part-time (29 hours or less a week) - $1,000.00

Schedule:

• Patient specifics / Female / 6 years old / GT and O2 via nasal cannula / Thurs & Friday 7am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Requirements:

• Active LVN License or RN License
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
