Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated pediatric nurse to provide private duty care for a 1-year-old in Forney, TX. The role covers 7am–7pm shifts, with a focus on one-on-one patient care in the home and on implementing physician-directed treatments.

Applicants must hold an active LVN or RN license, current BLS certification, and exhibit strong time management and meticulous assessment skills. A driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! SIGN ON BONUS:

Full-time (30 hours or more a week) - $2,000.00

Part-time (29 hours or less a week) - $1,000.00

• 1 y/o male / Monday - Friday 7am-7pm / Low Acuity / Gtube / 75126
