Job description

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so you can choose from shorter 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days. We accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide. We value our employees and are available 24/7 to support them. We provide on-the-job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-time: $1,000.00 for 30 hours or more per week
• Part-time: $500.00 for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Schedule

• Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM availability
• Full-Time 30+ hours; Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Days/Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based electronic medical records system

Requirements

• Active LVN / RN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
