Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a dedicated private duty nurse to work in patients' homes, focusing on one patient per shift with flexible 4- to 12-hour options. On-the-job training is provided to ensure confidence and preparedness for each case.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based EMR system.

Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family! Sign on Bonus

• Sign on Bonus Full-time Paid after 90 days of Employment: $1,000.00
• Sign on Bonus Part-time Paid after 90 days of Employment: $500.00

Schedule

• 1year old Female / Monday through Friday 10am-6pm/ Low Acuity / NGtube

Key Responsibilities
